Reviewed work flow processes and identified numerous opportunities for improvement. Developed recommendations that would provide greater control, improve customer service, reduce turnaround, accommodate growth opportunities, and improve profitability.
For an internet payments company, developed business requirements for new product offering. Evaluated buy vs. build alternatives, analyzed benefits and costs of third-party solutions. Developed an implementation planning set of action items and implementation timeline, spanning product, technology, operations, finance, and customer service organizations.
