Assisted a global information services company in introducing its credit card program to support the needs of its core customer base. Assisted with product concept development, including a loyalty program, bank and processor partner identification and selection, and with testing and implementing the new product concept. Performed interim management roles as necessary as the program was being staffed. Also developed an ongoing process for the organization to develop and test new products and enhancements.
Analyzed transit send patterns and developed check availability schedules for the cash management service of a California bank.
EDC developed a revised version of a market analysis framework which was initially designed in response to the need to better align business and marketing investments for an international payments network. The primary objectives of this overall initiative were to evolve the framework into a flexible tool for scenario-based planning to enable the client to determine (by country) where to invest marketing dollars, provide more transparency to key stakeholders, allow for input from key stakeholders, and be more quantitative in nature. The client implemented this framework and tool into the overall marketing organization globally.
