Conducted a best practices evaluation among the top U.S. card issuers to evaluate controls over identity theft fraud. Study included an evaluation of competing technologies in the market as well as evaluating issuer-specific practices and procedures.

Assisted a bankcard association to evaluate and modify its daily settlement process to increase control and decrease costs. Created a long-range design for the settlement system.
