Project Management Office
Assisted a global payments association in the management of its in-market trial of a new RFID based proximity payment product. Provided support for the project management office functions including monitoring the progress and tracking of issues between the various teams. Developed the data tracking methodology for the trial. Managed the merchant implementation team, working with merchants and hardware vendors. Analyzed the results of the trial and prepared the final report.
Assisted a client in evaluating the consequences of changing the location of one of its major credit card functions. Key project tasks included identifying potential locations for the function, developing criteria for evaluating each location, obtaining necessary data to rank the locations, computing the financial benefit of changing location, reviewing the legal implications of changing location, identifying operational implications of moving the function, and recommending the most favorable site for function.
