Assessed the operational risk involved in inter-bank multi-lateral settlement and issued a report detailing the potential risk reductions. The report was delivered to the Federal Reserve and helped lead to a proposed settlement system alteration. This report has been credited with influencing the Federal Reserve to implement its Enhanced Settlement Service, which has become the most widely used method of settlement for bulk payment clearing in the U.S.

Completed a detailed review of the chargeback and dispute processes of a leading Canadian internet gaming company, which occurred while the client was incurring 'excessive chargeback' fines and required a rapid identification of remedial actions. Our recommendations established a new business model driven by the 'player lifecycle', revised operational procedures, MIS, risk management strategies, and recommendations on business controls, authority structures and anti-money laundering issues.
