Under the direction of external legal counsel, provided ongoing support to one of the global payment brands in defending challenges to its transfer pricing methodologies by country and regional competition authorities around the world.

Coordinated with external legal counsel to develop responses by a consortium of U.S. bank clients to proposed regulatory reform related to credit card lending. Assignments have dealt with proposed changes to minimum pay requirements, Reg Z disclosures, and Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices.

Provided support to a consortium of banks related to the Reserve Bank of Australia's challenges to their credit card transfer pricing practices. Support was provided in coordination with external legal counsel and the national banking association.

Under the direction of external legal counsel, served as an expert in the banking industry's application to the Australian competition authority for a change in transfer pricing for debit card products.

Provided support to two domestic card schemes in the UK and their external counsel in response to anti-competitive behavior charges by the Office of Fair Trading.
