Amir Wain is a visionary leader and seasoned entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the fintech industry. As the Founder and CEO of i2c Inc., Amir has been instrumental in transforming the company into a global fintech powerhouse. Under his leadership, i2c’s proprietary building block technology has revolutionized how financial products are created and scaled, offering unparalleled flexibility and security to banks, credit unions and fintechs. Amir’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1987 when he founded Innovative Private Limited, a software development firm. In 2001, he founded i2c with the vision of modernizing financial technology. His strategic direction has led i2c to become a payment industry leader, providing innovative solutions for credit, debit and prepaid processing. In addition to his role at i2c, Amir serves as Chairman of the Board for several startups, including XIQ, an AI-powered sales and marketing platform. He is also a limited partner in venture capital funds focused on B2B companies leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. Outside of his professional endeavors, Amir is dedicated to philanthropy through the Wain Foundation, which focuses on improving health and well-being, education quality and access to clean water and sanitation.
